Over the last few years I've loved developing my workshop 'Anxiety & Stress Relief; Mind Body Connections'. These have proven to be very successful, and are just as effective via Teams/Zoom as they are in person. This means both corporate and wellbeing establishments can benefit.
The workshop is fun and interactive and consists of information on how anxiety & stress impact our bodies, and simple tips on how to not only manage them in the moment but create resilience and new patterns of thinking. I end the session with a guided hypnotic meditation to embed the learnings and for pure relaxation.
Professional handouts are shared with the learners afterwards, for easy reference and reminders of the information.
